TEHRAN, Jan. 12 — Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme religious leader, said Monday that he would not intervene for the moment in the gathering confrontation between the two main political camps in Iran — the hard-liners and the reformists — after a review panel that he controls barred hundreds of reformist candidates from running in parliamentary elections next month.
