VIENNA (Reuters) - The U.N. nuclear watchdog said on Wednesday it had yet to agree with Iran on what constituted suspension of uranium enrichment activities, which Tehran has promised to freeze over charges it is covertly developing an atomic bomb.
Enrichment is a process of purifying uranium for use in weapons or to make nuclear fuel for power plants. Experts say acquiring weapons-grade material is the biggest hurdle countries seeking to make an atomic bomb must overcome.
