Iran hands over another former PKK militant to Turkey
TEHRAN, Jan 22 (AFP) - 10h16 - Iran has handed over another former militant of Turkey’s separatist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) to Ankara, an official of a bordering province said in a newspaper report published Thursday.
"A certain number of PKK members have been arrested over the past few months and handed over to Turkey, the latest of them last week," Abbas Khorshidi, deputy governor of West Azerbaijan, told Hamshahri newspaper.
