GENEVA: Iran on Thursday defended its “inalienable right” to use nuclear energy for peaceful ends at a UN conference on disarmament here.
Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi said in a statement that as a signatory of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Iran had “an inalienable right to nuclear technology for peaceful ends.”
