There are two different approaches to forthcoming parliamentary election in Iran: participation and sanction. The main argument of this essay is that no one can issue a decree for the way of participation or sanction: every one with different situation can decide in a different way. People who seek to decrease the vice of the existing political regime may participate, although they know about the powerlessness of elected bodies in iranian polity. People who expect a real change are hopeless and may not participate.
